As Housekeeping Floor Supervisor (m/f/d), you are responsible for supervising a team of Room Attendants and ensuring that the quality of the hotel is maintained and improved in accordance with hotel policy, industry regulations, and hygiene standards.

06:45 You are changed and, after your cup of coffee or tea, you are ready to start the day for the Housekeeping department.
07:00 You prepare the room lists for the Room Attendants, so they know exactly what is expected of them.
08:00 The first Room Attendants report to the office and as soon as the team is complete, you give the briefing on everything that is planned for the day so everyone can get to work. You walk a round through the hotel to see if there are any other specifics and to see if everyone has started up.
10:00 A little time for a short break with the colleagues from the department.
11:00 While checking the rooms, you also have a brief consultation with the Room Attendants regarding a number of last-minute changes concerning the rooms to be cleaned. One room wants an extra bed, another room is staying one day longer after all, and a third room requests a few extra towels.
12:00 Enjoy a nice lunch with your colleagues from other departments
12:30 You head back upstairs, check in on how the Room Attendants are doing, and inspect the cleaned rooms to see if they meet the quality requirements set by the guests;
14:30 You ensure that everything is ready and conduct a briefing with your colleague who is taking over your shift.
15:00 Off home!

• You love hard work, are flexible regarding working days, have an eye for detail, and see a challenge in every situation;
• You speak and write English fluently and knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus;
• You have experience in a leadership role within the Housekeeping department;
• You get a kick out of being able to exceed guest expectations and are someone with a positive attitude.
