• A contract of at least 16 hours up to a maximum of 20 hours;

• A salary starting from € 2,691.78 gross per month based on 40 hours. The final salary is determined by experience in a comparable position.

• Every month you receive an 8.1% ADV allowance on top of your salary. 

• Lidl pays more than 70% of your pension contribution.

As an assistant supermarket manager, you work with your colleagues toward an optimally running branch. That begins with the commitment of the team. You manage the daily planning and the startup, you brief your colleagues, and throughout the day you adjust where necessary. You also roll up your sleeves yourself: think of processing incoming freight, arranging orders, write-offs, daily administration, the checkout process, or performing quality controls. You form a close team with the (deputy) supermarket manager. Together you review the daily figures and you think along about the question of how you can deliver even better performance, for example through commercial actions and presentations on the shop floor. You motivate and enthusiast the team, with an eye for their satisfaction and their long-term development. For customers and colleagues, you are a reliable point of contact.

You have a practical attitude and you do not shy away from responsibilities. People always know they can count on you.
