Requirements

What we're looking for

MSc. degree in, for example, economics, finance, econometrics, mathematics, or environmental economics
You have at least 6 years of relevant work experience within financial services or consultancy
You have professional knowledge of banking regulations (CRR, CRD, Basel, EBA, IFRS9) and have an affinity with data and/or AI developments
You have professional knowledge of and experience in (credit) risk models and/or processes and associated governance
You have leadership skills and can lead a project team
You can manage and persuade senior stakeholders

What you'll get

Gross salary between € 5,084 and € 6,230 depending on work experience, profit sharing, a fixed expense allowance, and a home office allowance of € 2.40 per working day

The role

Supporting our clients in their risk transformation challenges, driven by ever-changing laws and regulations
Working on the development of advanced risk models and processes, ensuring they comply with the ever-changing laws and regulations for multiple (banking) clients
Further developing your current leadership skills, and managing project teams on challenging client assignments
Using your knowledge and experience to seek out new opportunities in the market

What you'll do

You apply your knowledge regarding credit risk, liquidity risk, balance sheet management (BSM), and emerging risks (namely ESG, geopolitics), where laws and regulations are often the driver for transformation
You translate your insights into added value for our clients
You use your substantive knowledge and project management skills to provide advice to multiple clients
You enjoy managing the client relationship and leading your team

You have experience in developing propositions as well as commercial skills
