• You have MBO work/thinking level 🎓
• At least 1 year of work experience in retail, preferably with leadership experience 🛒
• Experience with leadership? Great! Whether it is coaching colleagues or conducting conversations about, for example, absenteeism and performance, you know how to handle it
• You speak and write Dutch fluently and have some knowledge of the English language.
• Flexibility is key for you
• You are result-oriented, social, and love a dynamic environment.
