At Thuisbezorgd.nl, everything is about connection. As an Account Manager, you are the point of contact and the driving force behind the revenue growth of our partners and our platform in the Almere/Lelystad region. You help entrepreneurs grow by providing strategic advice, enabling them to see and seize commercial opportunities.

With your analytical eye, strong sales skills, and persuasiveness, you know exactly what partners need to grow. You help them utilize the right tools and resources to increase their visibility, improve conversion, and make their offerings more attractive to customers. You work in a dynamic and ambitious team that works daily on expanding and optimizing our network.

• Proactively managing and expanding your account portfolio in the Almere/Lelystad region through continuous upsell and cross-sell.
• Advising on food trends, menus, purchasing strategies, and optimal visibility on our platform.
• Supporting partners in using our app and other services.
• Increasing the visibility of Thuisbezorgd.nl in your region through merchandising and promotions.
• Analyzing sales KPIs, revenue figures, and conversion to identify commercial opportunities and realize win-win collaborations.
• Devising and executing powerful sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

• A commercial mindset, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness & energy: You give people a boost when you talk to them and know how to draw them into your story.
• You have a strong commercial drive and get energy from achieving goals, seizing opportunities, and delivering results.
• Ability to work independently and be a strong team player.
• Proactive and analytical: you see opportunities, set the right priorities, and take action, even when many things are happening at once.
• Resilience: you don't see a 'no' as a rejection, but as the beginning of a conversation. You remain persistent and motivated, even when things are temporarily difficult.
• Residing in or near Almere/Lelystad and in possession of a B driver's license.
