• Performing production operations within a multi-phase process (turning, milling, surface treatment, inspection).
• Monitoring and adjusting machines and processes to ensure product quality and safety.
• Accurate visual and microscopic inspection of products and recording of product and process data.
• Working according to GMP and company-specific quality standards; adhering to hygiene and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with your team and contributing to continuous improvements and problem-solving.

• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• Residing in the Groningen area or possessing your own transport
• Available full-time for shift work.
• Minimum MBO 3 diploma (or demonstrable level of working)
• Work experience in a production environment is a plus
• Experience in Med‑Tech, Pharma, or Food is a plus.
• Because medical products are handled, a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is mandatory.
