As a Store Colleague you play an important role in creating an excellent shopping experience. You ensure that customers feel welcome, supported, and valued, and help them discover our products. You bring energy to the shop floor by greeting customers kindly, keeping the store presentation tidy, performing stock replenishment, and ensuring high service and quality standards. Thanks to your positive attitude, team spirit, and customer-oriented approach, you contribute to a smoothly running store with the high standard for which we are known.

• You welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner and help them find the products that match their wishes.
• You use the available store tools and digital systems to check stock, share product information, and support the customer experience.
• You ensure that the shop floor and the stock room remain neat, tidy, and well-stocked, so that product presentations are attractive and inspiring.
• You support daily store activities, such as cash desk duties, replenishing stock, stock room tasks, and complying with all safety and store guidelines.
