Food Service Worker SFM & Bistro, IKEA Delft Store, 24 hours/week

Do you handle the hustle and bustle of a busy location well, do you pay attention to your guests, and do you enjoy working with both people and food? Then we have a great job available for you!

What will you do? 
We are looking for a new colleague for the Swedish Food Market & Bistro who wants to work 24 hours per week. It is important that you are available from 07.00 in the morning and have a flexible availability. 

You will receive your schedule 4 weeks in advance. We are looking for a colleague who can be scheduled flexibly from Monday to Sunday, whereby you can indicate 1 fixed day between Monday and Friday on which you are always off. This means you are also available to work in the evening and on the weekend.

• Ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment for our guests and employees.
• You are the point of contact for our guests and ensure an unforgettable experience.
• Preparing Swedish dishes.
• Cashier duties.
• Mise en place duties.
• Cleaning duties.
• Responsible for receiving, checking, and registering goods delivered for the IKEA Bistro, including ensuring correct quantities and quality, and organizing storage (we call this goods receipt). 

• You are hospitable and professional.
• You have some hospitality or catering experience.
• You can work well independently but certainly also fit in a team.
• You are stress-resistant and, of course, flexible.
• You are able to perform physically heavy work.

What can you expect from IKEA Delft?

• Contract duration of 1 year with the possibility of extension and the prospect of permanent employment.
• Gross hourly wage of 14.83 EUR.
• Extra allowances for Sundays and public holidays and a 13th month.
