Sales Administration Assistant

In this all-round role, together with eight colleagues, you are the pivot in the financial processing from store to SAP. You ensure that turnover is processed timely and completely, that card payments are correct, and that cash discrepancies are neatly resolved. Daily, you have contact with stores regarding their money processes, from cash reconciliation and vaulting to bank transfers, and you help them if something goes wrong. Sending out invoices and monitoring payments is also part of it. Later, you can broaden your view to other domains within the department, such as e-commerce. Accuracy is crucial: a mistake is allowed, but hiding it is not. Identifying, discussing, and solving together, that is what makes the difference.
