Sr Tower Lead (Support & Operations) in the Netherlands

We are seeking an experienced Network Architect to design, manage, and optimize enterprise LAN, WLAN, WAN, and SD-WAN environments across multiple locations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Cisco Meraki, Cisco Catalyst, Wireless Networks, and SD-WAN technologies, along with experience in network architecture, operational governance, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

Design and support enterprise LAN/WLAN architectures using Cisco Meraki and Cisco Catalyst solutions.

Manage and optimize Cisco Meraki Dashboard, including monitoring, 802.1X authentication, QoS, and policy management.

Design secure network connectivity for IoT devices and Guest Wi-Fi services.

Support legacy LAN/WLAN environments using Cisco Catalyst Center.

Architect and govern Cisco Meraki SD-WAN environments, including routing, traffic shaping, VPNs, and policy provisioning.

Coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors for network service delivery and issue resolution.

Define network standards, best practices, and operational governance models.

Lead network transformation, optimization, and troubleshooting initiatives.
