Logistics Planner Milk Allocation (all genders).

• HBO level of thinking, preferably Supply Chain/Logistics;
• Between 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role;
• Analytical and conceptual thinking and working level;
• You are stress-resistant and able to switch gears quickly;
• You are a strong communicator and can act decisively;
• Dutch and English language, German is a plus.
• Salary between €3,400 and €4,600 gross per month (full-time), depending on experience and suitability for the role;
• A 38-hour work week, 5% end-of-year bonus, 10% bonus, 8% holiday allowance, and a pension scheme;
• Hybrid working with flexible working hours, a train pass and/or €0.23 per km (max. 30 km one way);
• 200 hours of leave per year, with the possibility to buy or sell up to 40 extra hours;
• A laptop, phone, and home office facilities to enable flexible working.

Employment conditions:

• Takes daily responsibility for compiling the weekly and daily plan for liquid product flows within the Milk Logistics department. This is a continuous process involving consignment services;
• Maintains daily contact with factories in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany, as well as transport departments;
• Identifies and analyzes bottlenecks in the logistical processes focused on liquid product flows;
• Coordinates, evaluates, and increases the effectiveness of the milk allocation process for raw milk and the allocation of the associated secondary flows to milk processing companies;
• Contributes to the implementation of FrieslandCampina's quality policy at the factories;
• Participates in projects and activities in the field of automated planning systems.

Milk Logistics is part of Cooperative Affairs, where the interests of our dairy farmers are central. Within the dynamic world of Milk Logistics, the Milk Allocation department plays a crucial role. From our location in Amersfoort, a close-knit team of six colleagues works intensively together to optimally allocate milk flows. We combine data, insight, and collaboration to make the best choices every single day.
