Are you a down-to-earth work planner/structural engineer with a heart for construction? And do you want to be involved in beautiful and complex projects in the North East Netherlands region together with your team? Then we are looking for you!
We are Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Hengelo, a developing builder in the North, East, and Central Netherlands working area.
As a senior work planner (at Dura Vermeer, we call you a structural engineer), you are the right hand of the project manager and the director of the BIM model used in every project. You participate and add value to the team from your field of expertise. You also supervise the team of work planners and are co-responsible for ensuring that team objectives are achieved.
You ensure that all disciplines (architectural, structural, and installations) are detailed and coordinated in the model and prepare the schedules and drawings for the execution team. You take care of procurement preparation, monitor the financial progress of the project, and you are in contact with the client regarding variations and reductions in work.
You find technology cool, but you also enjoy working with people. Think of external advisors, subcontractors, and suppliers. You bring all the different stakeholders together and translate them into the BIM model. This way, you have control over the project and manage the process as optimally as possible!
