PPC Director

· At least 5 years of experience in PPC, with a strong focus on strategy and client advice

· Agency experience, possibly in combination with experience on the client side

· Experience with large client accounts and complex campaign structures

· In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, SA360, feed management, scripts, tooling, and GA4

· Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking ability

· A critical eye on new features from platform partners

· Experience with business development via upsells, cross-sells, and media pitches

· Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English

· A proactive, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented attitude

· You have successfully completed a HBO or WO degree

The purpose of this role is to assist with the planning, reviewing and optimisation of Paid Search campaigns whilst supporting the team in reporting and managing client accounts.

· Determining the strategic course of our PPC services, with a current view of how the search landscape is developing

· Developing strategic PPC plans for existing and potential clients and advising them on modern PPC approaches

· Shaping a cross-channel vision in which PPC, SEO, social, and video are deployed as an integrated whole

· Critically assessing new features from platform partners and translating them into advice that prioritizes client performance

· Analyzing client objectives and translating them into innovative, data-driven solutions

· Identifying opportunities and risks based on data analysis and platform developments

· Improving PPC services, tooling, and processes

· Driving automation so that the team can focus on strategy, innovation, and client value

· Contributing to business development via pitches and proposals, whereby you position dentsu as a thought leader

· Leading knowledge development and training within the PPC team

· Acting as an ambassador for dentsu in the market

· Collaborating on the annual vision and strategic projects of the PPC team
