We are looking for an enthusiastic steward / dishwasher for The Gym by Sidney Schutte in Amsterdam. We look forward to meeting you! Read below what this position entails:

• Ensuring a clean and tidy stewarding area; cleaning floors, walls, kitchen, and extraction equipment.

• Identifying problems with equipment and reporting them to your supervisor.

• Correctly disposing of waste and maintaining a clean buffet after meal breaks.

• Washing dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchenware using an automatic dishwasher/rinser.

• Sorting dirty and clean dishes, glassware, and cutlery; removing food remains.

• Placing the sorted dishes, glassware, and cutlery in the correct place and drying them if necessary.

• Transporting clean dishes, glassware, and cutlery to the areas of use.

As a steward / dishwasher, you contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen and help provide our guests with a great experience.

• During crisis situations, you keep a cool head and remain motivated to handle the situation effectively.

• You identify with the decisions and measures of (upper) management and carry them out carefully.

• You apply and uphold generally accepted social and ethical standards, both in your own role and in all related activities.

• You work accurately, systematically, and always maintain an overview.
