• 5 to 8 years of experience in operations or logistics planning, high volume.
• 3 to 5 years of leading planners or analysts.
• Strong in capacity and workforce planning with WMS, ERP, and BI.

You manage the entire planning process, from forecast checks to daily steering and scenarios. You build capacity models with PPH and constraints in BI and WMS, so that man and machine run as one system. Based on your models and the information you receive from engineers and operations, you determine what the future recruitment needs will be. Additionally, you continuously look for the best solutions to create flexibility, both for Coolblue and for the employee.
