• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of working and thinking.

As Store Manager of the Coolblue store in Den Bosch, you are ultimately responsible for the performance of your store. With the goal of making the store score top on NPS and EBITDA both today and a year from now. Together with the Assistant Store Manager and Shift Leads, you provide direction to the store. A little better every day; also in your store. And of course, we keep work fun. "Everything for a smile" does not only apply to our customers. 

• Run the store together with the Assistant Store Manager and manage a team on a daily basis.
• Make your colleagues a little better every day, together with the Assistant Store Manager and our Store Trainers.
• Analyze the results of your store and proactively make improvement proposals to the Regional Managers. 
• Use your commercial insight and the available data to continuously form an image of what can be improved.
