What we're looking for

You hold a veterinary nurse diploma.
Ideally, you have practical work experience.
You are customer-oriented, independent, and enjoy working in a flexible team.
You are available to work flexibly from Monday to Friday, including a number of Saturdays (maximum 5 per year).
Experience with reception duties is a plus, but not a requirement.

Are you looking for a dynamic and educational job in veterinary medicine as a veterinary nurse? Then this is your chance!

What you'll do

As a veterinary nurse, you will have the opportunity with us to perform a wide range of tasks, from independently performing wound checks, puppy and kitten consultations, and dental checks to assisting with surgeries and imaging. In a number of locations, you can further specialize, for example in dentistry in Santpoort, or working with exotic animals in IJmuiden. Additionally, you will receive support from animal caregivers who assist with patient preparation and cleaning tasks. We ensure that you can grow in your profession, both personally and professionally.

At AniCura Kennemerland, we are looking for an enthusiastic veterinary nurse to join our team. We offer a flexible work week of 32 hours, with possibilities for 28 or 36 hours per week.

We have six locations in the region: Velserbroek, Beverwijk Büllerlaan, Beverwijk Duinwijklaan, Santpoort, Bloemendaal, and IJmuiden. Each location has its own specializations and characteristics, which means you will get plenty of opportunities to grow and gain experience in different fields.
