The role

We are looking for a Store Manager in Binnenhof 119 Amstelveen, 40 hours.
What you'll do
- Lead with energy and focus by driving sales, motivating your team, and creating a positive atmosphere in the store.
- Recruit, onboard, and train with the goal of building a skilled and confident team with strong optical knowledge and customer-oriented service.
- Work result-oriented by monitoring KPIs and leading the team toward achieving sales and service targets, in close collaboration with HQ.
- Manage daily operations by creating schedules, maintaining inventory, and ensuring efficient processes.
- Offer standout service by guiding customers with attention and expertise throughout the entire eye test process.
- Utilize your optical skills by helping customers choose the right lenses and frames, accurately adjusting glasses, and grinding custom lenses.
