As a Pharmaceutical Technical Assistant (PTA), you are responsible for the precise processing of prescriptions and providing expert advice to our German-speaking customers via our digital platform system.

You will work fully remotely (in the Netherlands) in a dedicated team committed to accessible, high-quality pharmaceutical care.

Our opening hours from Monday to Sunday between 08:00 and 23:00 offer you maximum flexibility to design your working hours individually.

• Prescription coordination: You collect and verify all relevant information so that our doctors can evaluate prescriptions efficiently.

• Prescription processing: Checking for completeness, medication safety, and possible interactions.

• Customer consultation: You advise on application, side effects, self-medication, and contraindications.

• Communication: You contact doctors or patients with follow-up questions - by telephone or email.

• Pharmaceutical point of contact: You are the first point of contact for all questions regarding medication.

• Process improvement: You actively contribute ideas on how we can further optimize our digital workflows.
