What we're looking for

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or comparable; alternatively, relevant professional experience
  • Several years of experience in partner or account management, ideally in the hotel, tourism, or OTA environment
  • Proven success in stakeholder management as well as in working in dynamic, cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in evaluating performance data and deriving growth measures
  • Good knowledge of hotel sales (pricing, revenue management, sales channels, competitive environment)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) as well as experience with relevant reporting and partner tools
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as a high orientation toward solutions and results
  • Very good organizational and planning skills as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in parallel

The role

What you'll do

  • Building and further developing long-term partnerships with a fixed portfolio of hotel brands, as well as serving as the central point of contact for partners within the organization.
  • Ensuring the achievement of the strategic and economic goals of the hotel partners.
  • Monitoring and analyzing revenue and performance KPIs, as well as deriving data-based measures.
  • Developing and implementing concrete growth and optimization initiatives to increase revenue.
  • Close collaboration with Analytics, Finance, Product, and Marketing for sound decision-making.
  • Conducting regular business reviews including reporting, as well as negotiating commissions and conditions.
  • Identification and implementation of visibility measures and partner programs to strengthen digital presence.
