What will you do as a full-time Hospitality Shift Leader at Taco Bell?

As a Shift Leader, you keep your cool while managing your shift! Every day, you get to demonstrate your leadership qualities.
During a shift, as the Manager In Charge, you lead your team of hospitality employees.
In addition to directing the team, you are operationally active on the floor. You are that manager whom the team looks up to and who, by setting a good example, ensures that every shift is closed with a great result.

At the start of your job at Taco Bell, we provide you with extensive training, after which you can manage your team with a thorough preparation as a Shift Leader and give our guests a great experience.
