Tack Coat Driver

You have:

• At least 3 years of demonstrable work experience 'within asphalt', and experience as a driver is a plus.
• Driving license C (preferably CE) + valid Code 95.
• You are flexibly deployable and do not find working in shifts or evening/night shifts to be a problem.
• You speak and write good to reasonable Dutch, which is important for communication, safety instructions, and work orders.
• A proactive work attitude, physical fitness, and you are accustomed to outdoor work.

As a Tack Coat Driver, you are an indispensable link within our asphalt crew. You ensure the accurate and safe application of tack coats prior to paving. Thanks to your precision and craftsmanship, the asphalt crew can perform the work tightly, safely, and durably.

• Driving and operating the tack coat sprayer on various asphalt projects.
• Applying tack coats according to schedule, work orders, and technical requirements.
• Adjusting the spray bar and checking the spray patterns.
• Performing daily maintenance and inspections on the tack coat sprayer.
• Recording consumption, activities, and specific details.
• Collaborating with supervisors, the asphalt crew, and traffic controllers.

Safety comes first: you work according to procedures and guidelines such as VCA and GPI. Additionally, you identify deviations and think along regarding improvements.
