Product Manager SIKB Certification

• A completed HBO or WO degree in, for example:
  • structural engineering
  • civil engineering
  • environmental science
  • soil science
• Demonstrable experience with SIKB certification (e.g., as an auditor, certification manager, or scheme expert)
• Thorough knowledge of relevant SIKB protocols and certification schemes
• Analytically strong and accurate in standard interpretation
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written
• You switch easily between content, process, and stakeholder interests

As Product Manager SIKB Certification, you are responsible for the substantive and procedural management of the SIKB certification products. You are the substantive owner of one or more SIKB certification schemes and ensure correct, consistent, and accreditation-worthy execution.

You work closely with fellow auditors, process support, and external stakeholders. You will primarily work as an auditor and will additionally take on product manager tasks within product certification, including the management and substantive safeguarding of schemes such as, for example, the BRL 2506.

No two days are the same
You switch between content, regulations, and practice. You answer questions from auditors, process changes in standards, and support accreditations and scheme assessments.

What will you do?

• Product and scheme management: managing and updating SIKB certification schemes and translating changes in standards into internal guidelines.
• Quality assurance: safeguarding consistent audit execution and substantively assessing reports and non-conformities.
• Auditor support: acting as a substantive point of contact and providing knowledge sharing and instructions.
• Stakeholder management: contact with scheme owners, RvA, and internal stakeholders; contributing to accreditations and witness audits.
• Further development: identifying opportunities for improvement and cooperating in the optimization of processes and the product portfolio.
