As Pharma Compliance Manager (m/f/d), you play a central role in ensuring compliance with laws and regulations within our pharmacy-related processes and services. You form the connecting link between applicable regulations and our operational organization and ensure that compliance is not only adhered to, but also practically and efficiently integrated into our daily processes.

• You are the first point of contact for all compliance and regulation-related issues within our pharmacy processes.
• You initiate, coordinate, and guide projects with a pharmaceutical or regulatory character and ensure successful implementation within the organization.
• You translate laws and regulations into workable, practical solutions and support the organization in their correct application in daily practice.
• You ensure that our processes, systems, and services continuously comply with applicable laws and regulations and internal quality standards.
• You identify compliance and regulatory risks in a timely manner, develop appropriate control measures, and guide their implementation.
• You work intensively with various internal departments, including Operations, Quality, Customer Service, and other stakeholders, to structurally anchor compliance within the organization.
• You closely follow relevant developments in laws and regulations and translate their impact to our organization and processes.
• You act as a sparring partner for project teams and support them in developing solutions that are both operationally feasible and fully compliant.

*A Dutch employment contract applies to this position. The stated salary scale is based on Dutch compensation structures and forms part of an attractive total package with additional employment conditions. Because tax and social security systems differ by country, salaries are only limitedly comparable.
