Ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Being the first point of contact for authorizing discounts and resolving customer inquiries.
Being a brand ambassador, with in-depth product knowledge.
Building and maintaining professional relationships with our customers.
Styling outfits for customers and making further product recommendations.
Assessing customer needs and providing assistance and information regarding product features.
Driving store KPIs and suggesting improvements.
Ensuring that the maintenance, presentation, and organization of shop and stock room matters are handled in an appropriate manner.
