As a Senior Social Specialist, you decipher briefings and search for the questions on behalf of the client that help you make tactical choices regarding social media platforms. In doing so, you support the team in advising and inspiring clients regarding social media developments and solutions.

You are responsible for the ideation, setup, building, and monitoring of social advertising campaigns. You work with all the different social platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, and TikTok.

• You have regular contact with the client, and we encourage you to seek out new technological possibilities.
• You ensure coordination between the parties involved in campaigns (creative agency, communication consultant, client); you regularly report the results of the deployed resources, you follow best practices within the team, you signal issues in a timely manner, and you communicate possible solutions when obstacles arise.
• You identify new business or cross-selling opportunities within existing clients and tackle these together with the client team.
• You are a team player with positive energy, who is enthusiastic about continuous learning and development.

You bring positive energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm. In addition, you have:

• A HBO or WO degree.
• Multiple years of experience in the ideation, setup, monitoring, and evaluation of social media advertising campaigns.
• Preferably experience with social media tools, such as Meta Business Manager, Sprinklr, IAS, and Smartly.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Positive energy with which you inspire others.
