As Turndown Attendant, you'll be responsible for preparing guest rooms for the evening - refreshing the space, creating a sense of calm, and ensuring every detail reflects our five-star standards.

• Providing turndown service in guest rooms with care and consistency.
• Refreshing rooms and preparing them for the evening.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming environment.
• Working efficiently and with attention to detail.
• Supporting the housekeeping team when needed.
