• Maintaining stock and replenishing linen closets.
• Accepting all deliveries and bringing them to all stock closets on the floors;
• Keeping all stock closets with extra beds and amenities for the guests and for the rooms in order.
• Bringing towels, linen, and supplies to all floors for the chambermaids. Arranging everything for guests upon request, helping the chambermaids
• Preparing extra beds in the rooms.
• All dirty linen is collected by a housekeeping staff member (from the stock closets to be brought to the laundry).
• Clean linen is distributed across the floors (in this case 7 floors) for the chambermaids.
• You maintain the stock and count it monthly, so that it can be processed in SAP by the manager/assistant.
• You report missing items and cleaning products and prepare written orders for purchasing.
• Guest rooms, Responding to calls for housekeeping issues such as spilled liquids, broken glasses and delivering requested housekeeping items to the guest rooms.
• Cleaning carpets with a machine in all corridors.

• You love a physically active job and do not shy away from a challenge; those linen carts are quite heavy!

• Providing good service is important to you, you know what quality means for the guests and you have an eye for detail.
