Your Day-to-Day at NH Collection

As a Meeting & Events Management Intern, you will discover what it takes to bring successful events to life. From preparing meeting rooms to supporting guests and organisers, you will develop valuable operational, communication, and coordination skills. During your internship, you will:
  • Support the set-up and preparation of meeting rooms and audiovisual equipment.
  • Assist with daily Meeting & Events operations, including preparing breaks, refreshing meeting rooms, and serving lunches.
  • Provide clear information to guests, event organisers, and colleagues.
  • Act as a link between guests and hotel teams to help everything run smoothly.
  • Support various administrative activities within the department.

  • You are enthusiastic about helping to prepare and organise meetings, conferences, celebrations, and other events.
  • You are flexible, attentive, and have a keen eye for detail.
  • You work confidently both independently and as part of a team.
  • You are committed to providing thoughtful service and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
  • You have a good command of English; Dutch is a plus.
  • You will be enrolled at an educational institution throughout the internship period.
