• Experience in managing a team of between 10-15 employees in a commercial and service environment.
• 3+ years of management experience. High-performance premium retail experience is a plus.
• Experience with stakeholder management will help you to switch between all the different departments.
• You know the role of your Boutique better than anyone and are continuously looking for ways to realize more business and customer satisfaction.
• Residing in the Den Haag region.
• Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
