Beauty Advisor

CHANEL is looking for a Beauty Advisor (32-40 hours) for our Fragrances & Beauty boutique in De Bijenkorf Amsterdam. Are you an all-round Beauty Advisor, do you have a passion for cosmetics and sales experience in the luxury sector? Then we cordially invite you to apply.

In this role, you will work in a passionate team in the CHANEL Fragrances & Beauty boutique with the full CHANEL Fragrances & Beauty portfolio, including the exclusive collections.

- You provide tailored advice to customers in the fields of makeup, skincare and perfume

- You approach customers to introduce them to CHANEL makeup, perfume and skincare and, of course, our exclusive collections

- You introduce new products to customers and provide the necessary (technical) information

- You are highly commercially minded and involved in achieving targets

- You actively invite customers to register in the CHANEL database

- You maintain an active relationship with your customers and actively invite them to services and events

- You motivate customers by informing and advising them about CHANEL and its products

- You ensure an optimal situation within the boutique by, among other things, ensuring correct merchandising and presentations, compliance with and implementation of the tools provided by marketing, and compliance with policy

- You have a passion for serving customers, for cosmetics and CHANEL, and 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role

- You have completed training in makeup artistry and/or as a beautician

- You have excellent social and communication skills, are commercial, representative and independent

- You speak and write fluent Dutch and have a good command of English

- You are flexible regarding working according to the opening hours of De Bijenkorf

This concerns a position for 32-40 hours in De Bijenkorf Amsterdam. Working days and hours are in consultation, but the focus is naturally on commercial days.
