Part-time Sales Assistant in the Netherlands

• Provide excellent customer service by helping customers choose products, answering questions, and making personalized recommendations
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets by proactively establishing contact and applying advisory-based sales techniques
• Ensure a tidy appearance and organization of the store by replenishing shelves, setting up displays, and ensuring that items are correctly placed
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash with care and integrity
• Work together with team members to create a positive working environment and support colleagues in achieving collective goals
• Map out customer feedback and market insights and communicate these to drive continuous improvement and innovation
• Adapting quickly to new products, systems, and procedures, demonstrating a sincere commitment to professional development
• Contributing to inventory management by performing stocktakes, identifying discrepancies, and reporting stock levels
• Embodying our brand values through professional behavior, reliability, and a customer-oriented mindset in all interactions

• Sales-oriented attitude with sincere enthusiasm to help customers and achieve results
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse customers in an authentic manner
• Fluent in Dutch (speaking and writing); knowledge of English is a plus
• Flexibility to work part-time, including on weekends and evenings if necessary
• Education at MBO level or equivalent work and thinking skills
• Demonstrable ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a collaborative culture
• Learns quickly and is open to new technologies, systems, and processes with a positive attitude
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
• A problem-solving attitude with the ability to tackle challenges calmly and professionally
• Experience in retail, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
• Basic knowledge of cash registers and POS systems is a plus
• Willingness to take initiative, share ideas, and contribute to an innovative working environment
