How you'll work

Ideally, you are deployable in both a daycare center and at an after-school care (BSO) facility. Preferably daily, but even if you are available exclusively during BSO opening hours or only a few days a week, we would love to talk to you.

Children are vulnerable. Language comprehension is therefore crucial. As of January 1, 2025, it is legally required that pedagogical staff meet the 3F language requirement. Read more here: https://kinderopvang.nl/onderwerpen/taaleis-3f.

• You are enthusiastic, energetic, and get joy from children between 0 and 13 years old.
• You are flexible, switch gears quickly, and can hold your own well in a new group.
• Children quickly feel at ease with you.
• You also get along well with parents; for them, you are a partner in upbringing.
• You are independent and can work well in a team.
• You seek a job in which you can develop yourself as a professional and as a person.
• You possess a qualifying education at MBO or HBO level.
• Some experience in childcare is preferred.
