Part-time pedagogical staff member in Amersfoort

This is who you are. By nature.

• You are pursuing a qualified HBO (higher professional education) degree, which allows you to work in childcare. For example, PABO, HBO Pedagogy, SPH, Applied Psychology, Social Work, ALO, and more. Check your study here https://www.kinderopvang-werkt.nl/cao-kinderopvang-2021-2022/werken-als-hbo-student-medewerker. Or you are studying Pedagogical Sciences (year 2 or 3).
• Children quickly feel at ease with you. And you with them.
• You are independent and can work well in a team.
• You are looking for a holiday or part-time job in which you can develop yourself as a professional and as a person.
• You see work experience with children as a great addition to your studies and future.
• You are flexibly deployable, for full or half days. Even if you are only available for a few hours, we would love to talk to you.

We are innovators with a dream. A child growing up to be a strong adult makes our world more beautiful. That is why we have only one goal: the optimal growth and flourishing of every child. You can help us with that. With your passion, your insights, and your heart for children. Because You Count!

• A relevant part-time job that is perfectly combinable with your studies (and looks good on your CV).
• Earn well alongside your studies: salary according to CAO Childcare scale 6 (€2,641.- to €3,630.- gross per month at 36 hours).
• Flexible workdays and hours, tailored to your schedule - with a one-year contract.
• Growth opportunities within Humankind if you show what you can do.
• A strong onboarding program plus access to training and courses that will advance you.
• And of course: the loveliest colleagues to work with. 🙌

You count!

We would love to get to know you. Because your talent counts! What gives you energy, what are you good at, and what are your (work) wishes and ambitions. We would love to discuss that.
