Job Description

To support its development in the Netherlands (NL) Energy Pool is recruiting a Sales Engineer M/F on a permanent contract for the BENELUX region.

💡 Your environment

You will operate at the heart of energy and industrial challenges, interacting with:

industrial buyers
production / plant managers
design offices
renewable energy project developers ⚡
as well as our internal technical experts

👉 Together, you will co-construct high value-added bespoke solutions.

🎯 Your missions

Detect and qualify new prospects
Present our comprehensive service offering
Develop and maintain a lasting relationship of trust with your clients
Ensure clear and regular communication, particularly regarding financial results
Retain and renew existing contracts
Identify needs and propose tailored complementary solutions
Manage your activity via the CRM for rigorous project follow-up

Qualifications

✅ Your profile

Graduate of an engineering or business school
Strong interest in technical subjects related to energy ⚡
Comfortable in industrial and/or renewable energy environments
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in B2B business development
Strong skills in prospecting and customer retention
Comfortable in commercial and technical negotiation 💬
Language proficiency:
- 🇬🇧 English (C1)
- 🇳🇱 Dutch (C1)

🚗 Mobility

Frequent travel is to be expected (approximately 30% of the time) at regional and national levels.
