Take the opportunity to shape and build Dustin's approach to safety and security across six countries. As Safety & Security Specialist, you will combine strategic development with hands-on responsibility to create safe, secure and compliant workplaces across our international organisation.

• Take the lead in building and shaping a new safety and security programme with the opportunity to make a lasting impact across Dustin.

• Work across six countries, creating a consistent approach to occupational health, safety and physical security while navigating different local requirements.

• Play an important role in safety and security as Dustin builds its new Fulfilment Center.

Your role & influence as Safety & Security Specialist

Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for ensuring safe, secure and compliant work environments across Dustin's business premises, in line with local legislation, ISO requirements and other relevant legal, regulatory and contractual commitments.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of occupational health, safety and physical security across Dustin's business premises. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with HR, IT Security, Compliance and business leaders to establish a consistent approach across the organisation.

• Develop, implement and continuously improve Dustin's approach to occupational health and safety, including risk assessments, incident investigations, ISO 45001 audits and preventive and corrective actions.

• Assess, develop and maintain physical security measures across Dustin's premises, including access control, anti-theft measures, camera surveillance, intrusion alarms and other security protocols.

• Ensure compliance with local legislation, ISO requirements and other relevant commitments while developing policies, procedures and documentation and driving continuous improvement across the organisation.

Additionally, it's important that:

• You have experience with occupational health and safety, workplace risk management and physical security, preferably within a Nordic and Benelux context.

• You are familiar with building codes, premises security methodologies and managing local requirements in line with international group policies.

• You have strong problem-solving, planning and change management skills, with the ability to work independently while balancing strategic priorities with operational responsibilities.

• You communicate clearly and professionally in English and are willing and able to travel to Dustin premises both within the Netherlands and internationally.
