Traffic Manager

• The salary for this position is between €6,512.16 and €8,120.20 gross per month (based on 40 hours), excluding 8% holiday allowance. The exact salary depends on your knowledge, level, and work experience.

• On top of the salary comes a fixed amount for the Sustainable Employability Budget for things that contribute to staying healthy and motivated (2.3% according to CAO Bouw & Infra).

• 43 leave days according to the Cao Bouw & Infra. Of these days, 13 are paid out in your individual budget; you can choose to buy these days back;

• A laptop and a smartphone;

• Excellent secondary employment conditions such as standard insurance for all employee risks, pension schemes, an extra supplement in case of disability, and a contribution towards trade union membership;

As a traffic manager at Dura Vermeer, you ensure that our projects proceed safely and that the Netherlands remains accessible. You connect smart traffic measures with smooth execution and satisfied road users.

In this senior role, you look beyond individual projects. Based on your expertise, you contribute to the development of traffic management within Dura Vermeer Infra Landelijke Projecten. Together with colleagues, you form one clear, future-oriented vision and translate this into a coherent plan with clear priorities. In doing so, you oversee which knowledge, capacity, and collaboration are needed to realize our ambitions.

With your experience, you bring colleagues together, stimulate knowledge sharing, and help build a strong and well-organized team. You coach colleagues, create support, and provide direction without losing the connection.

At the same time, you remain close to practice. In all project phases - from construction team and tendering to realization - you think along early on regarding design and execution choices. You fathom complex infrastructural projects and see opportunities to organize traffic and mobility smarter and safer. Using analyses from various data sources, you advise on, among other things, flow, accessibility, traffic safety, and temporary traffic measures.

With your positive attitude, professional expertise, and personal involvement, you take initiative and roll up your sleeves. This is how you achieve optimal results within budget, with an eye for all stakeholders.
