The Assistant Business Manager is a true brand ambassador who always keeps Charlotte Tilbury's core values in mind. You love to achieve and exceed targets and ensure impressive team results through optimal motivation. In your leadership style, the customer experience always comes first and you constantly devise new ways for the team to engage and satisfy the customer. You work together with your Business Manager to ensure the daily operations in the store run smoothly. You don't just dare to dream, you dare to do.

• Ensuring that the financial results in the store not only meet targets and Key Performance Indicators, but exceed them.
• Supporting the Business Manager in determining individual and team sales targets and in communicating with the Retail Artists to align and achieve sales objectives.
• Demonstrable entrepreneurial spirit; a specialist among brands in retail craftsmanship and with genuine enthusiasm, commitment, and interest in the company's results.
• Leading by example in providing exceptional customer service and creating the best experience for the customer.
• Coaching the team and providing feedback to ensure that Charlotte Tilbury's standards of service and craftsmanship are met.
• Using every opportunity to ensure that exceptional customer service continues outside the store and building the customer database for direct marketing.
• Implementing individual and team development plans and holding regular reviews to encourage two-way feedback and coaching.
• Creating a positive and collaborative team atmosphere in the store through team meetings and a collaborative management style; recognizing and rewarding performance where necessary.
• Demonstrable business acumen by proposing plans, events, and other activities to achieve commercial successes.
• Ensuring impeccable visual merchandising, clean counters, and hygiene standards.
• Guaranteeing perfect grooming standards and inspiring the team to be the best version of themselves and to feel it too.
