This role is built around ownership. You'll run our Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) portfolio across EMEA as if it were your own business. You set the strategy, own the products and are accountable for brand performance.
Our AIS portfolio is one of our largest and fastest-growing franchises, with a strong launch pipeline. The market is changing quickly, as new devices and technologies change how stroke is treated. You'll shape how we respond to that in EMEA, making sure our portfolio meets what physicians need next.

We look for people who think big, stay curious and act like owners.
You'll give EMEA a clear AIS strategy the organisation believes in, deliver launches that hit adoption targets and grow share in a competitive market, while earning the trust of the physicians we serve.
Business strategy operators. People who can build a strategy and then run it.
You balance commercial discipline with creative, out-of-the-box thinking. You're commercially sharp, but you start with the clinician and the patient. You have an AI-led mindset and look for better ways to work, not just faster ones. And you want to show up and drive change.
