SPAR entrepreneur traineeship

In the SPAR entrepreneur traineeship, you will work together with a group of trainees over the course of two years to prepare you for opening your own SPAR convenience store!

During the traineeship, self-development is naturally the top priority! Based on the "mastercircle principle," you will work on developing and handling case studies that come directly from daily entrepreneurial practice. Additionally, there is plenty of room for your own initiative and for utilizing your own network within the SPAR service office and the entrepreneurs at SPAR.

The group consists of a total of 8 participants. You will embark on this adventure together with them! Every six weeks, you will meet at a central location in the country to discuss your assignments and findings. Together, you will form a close-knit team.

You will be guided by our own SPAR academy and will work in several different types of SPAR stores during your traineeship to be maximally prepared for all aspects of the formula. At the end of the traineeship, you will have mastered these roles;

• Smart calculator
• Commercial retailer
• Connecting ambassador
• Talent developer
• King of Convenience, or: King of convenience.

During our two-year entrepreneur traineeship, we offer you a challenging training program, after which you will receive a certificate from SPAR. From there, we will look together at which type of store suits you best.

For these two years, you will receive a training agreement and an appropriate salary in accordance with experience and position.

We find it pleasant if you have already gained some (food) retail experience in your career. You have a higher professional education (HBO) working and thinking level, so previously obtained recognized diplomas at HBO level are not necessary! Additionally, you are looking for adventure and freedom, and you want to lead a team to make life a little easier for SPAR customers every single day.
