Oracle APEX Developer

• A higher professional education (HBO) degree in an IT field and at least B2 level Dutch

• Demonstrable experience with Oracle APEX development

• Strong knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases

• Experience with web technologies, for example HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• You are analytically strong, eager to learn, and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others

As an Oracle APEX Developer at Sopra Steria, you build smart, data-driven web applications that help organizations accelerate and simplify their processes. You work with Oracle APEX on solutions that are fast, secure, and user-friendly, and that deliver immediate value to the business.

You are involved in the entire development process: from translating requirements into technical solutions to designing, building, and optimizing applications. In doing so, you collaborate with consultants, architects, and other developers, and you contribute ideas regarding performance, security, and scalability.

You communicate regularly with clients and colleagues, solve complex technical issues, and share your knowledge within the team. By following new APEX features and best practices, you ensure that solutions not only work well today, but are also ready for tomorrow.
