Power Originator (Benelux)

• 10+ years of B2B sales or commercial experience; energy experience is a strong plus.

• Deep understanding of the Benelux power market and energy transition challenges.

• Proven track record in high-value, complex transactions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.

• Based in Amsterdam, with flexibility to travel.

• Originate new business in the energy storage space across the Benelux region.

• Lead complex deal processes from first contact to signed contract.

• Build and grow strong partnerships with utilities, developers, and industrial clients.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align each deal with Return's long-term strategy.

• Act as a trusted commercial advisor to our clients and stakeholders.

As (Senior) Power Originator Benelux, you'll help us shape the future of energy by identifying opportunities, leading deal negotiations, and building long-term partnerships across the Benelux region.
