• UK/Republic of Ireland university applicants: you may select both UK/Republic of Ireland weeks if you are available for either, but note that you will only attend one.
• EU university applicants: you are eligible for the EU week only and must be available on that date.

FutureFocus: Quants is an exclusive program designed to give students graduating in 2029 a unique, behind-the-scenes look at the world of quantitative trading and research. Over the course of five days, you'll take part in technical lectures, skill-building workshops, and networking events that will help you sharpen your skills and take action early in your academic journey.

Whether you're drawn to the fast-paced decisions of trading or the data-driven insights of research, this program offers you the chance to explore which career path is right for you. And if you prove to be a good fit, you could secure a fast-tracked internship offer, giving you the chance to skip the traditional recruitment process.

• Graduating in 2029;
• Studying at a university in the UK, Ireland, or Europe;
• All degree backgrounds are considered;
• You are able to demonstrate at the time of application that you have the requisite visa or other travel authorisations in place in order to allow you to attend the program in person.

• You're graduating in 2029 and want to discover how your degree can lead to an exciting career in quant trading or research.
• You're an inquisitive, critical thinker who is creative in innovating new solutions. When you're told that something "just is", you immediately start to take it apart to understand the "why".
• You thrive in a collaborative, problem-solving environment.
• You're excited to test your quantitative skills and explore new opportunities in a challenging environment.
• All backgrounds are welcome to apply and no prior financial knowledge is required.
