Floor Manager Bataviastad

As a Floor Manager in our Boutique in Bataviastad, you are the face of My Jewellery and the link between our sales assistants and the Store Manager. You welcome customers with enthusiasm, provide personal style advice, and ensure that everyone leaves the store feeling good. Together with a driven team, you ensure a well-maintained store appearance and present the latest collections in an attractive way. Moreover, you will receive plenty of room to develop yourself in an inspiring environment.

• You help and advise customers and provide personal service;

• You are the link between our sales assistants and the (assistant) store manager;

• You ensure that the shop floor always radiates the My Jewellery atmosphere;

• You keep the Boutique tidy and commercially attractive;

• You follow our collections and trends closely;

• You contribute to a positive team dynamic in a close-knit team.

• You are customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and have an affinity for fashion;

• You are flexibly deployable, both during the week and on weekends;

• You get energy from customer contact and think commercially.

• You live in or near Lelystad.
