Sales Assistant (Weekend Help)

✨ You have experience in sales (preferably in the fashion industry) and know how to make customers happy with personal and honest advice;

✨ You are flexibly available on the weekend and work extra hours during holiday periods, so the team can always perform at its best when it is busy;
✨ You have an eye for presentation and love to help make the store look attractive;
✨ You speak and write good Dutch, so that you can address our customers clearly and friendly.

✨ You earn an all-in hourly wage of € 17.68 gross (from age 21). This amount includes 9.3% holiday allowance and 8% vacation pay;

MS Mode is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant (Weekend Help) in Doetinchem who translates fashion into confidence for every curvy woman!

As a Sales Assistant at MS Mode, no two days are the same. You actively approach customers, strike up a conversation, provide honest style advice, and ensure that every woman feels comfortable. You help assemble outfits that not only look good but also feel truly good. Additionally, you ensure the store looks attractive and well-maintained, from neatly hanging the collection to thinking along about the presentation. You don't shy away from unpacking shipments or handling a peak moment at the cash register. And when the shop manager is away for a moment, you effortlessly take on the responsibility to keep everything running smoothly.

You will work on a zero-hours contract, with flexible hours that may vary per week. One week you might work a bit more, the next week a bit less, exactly what the store needs at that moment. Naturally, you will always receive your schedule in advance, so you know exactly when you are starting. We are looking for someone who is flexibly available during the weekend. We can also count on you during busy periods and holidays. This is a strict requirement for this position.
