Sales Assistant (Flex 8-15 hours)

✨ You have extensive experience in retail. This is an important requirement for this position;

✨ You have experience in sales (preferably in the fashion industry) and know how to make customers happy with personal and honest advice;
✨ You are flexibly available: during the week and at least one weekend day per week;

✨ You effortlessly work some extra hours during holiday periods, so the team can always perform when it is busy;
✨ You have an eye for presentation and love to help make the store look attractive;
✨ You speak and write good Dutch, so that you can address our customers clearly and friendly.

✨ You earn an all-in hourly wage of € 17.68 gross (from age 21). This amount includes 9.23% holiday allowance and 8% vacation pay;

Are you ready to make customers shine? MS Mode Dordrecht is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Assistant who translates fashion into confidence for every curvy woman!

As a Sales Assistant at MS Mode, no two days are the same. You actively approach customers, strike up a conversation, provide honest style advice, and ensure that every woman feels comfortable. You help assemble outfits that not only look good but also feel truly good. Additionally, you ensure the store looks attractive and well-maintained, from neatly hanging the collection to thinking along about the presentation. You don't shy away from unpacking shipments or handling a peak moment at the cash register. And when the shop manager is away for a moment, you effortlessly take on the responsibility to keep everything running smoothly.

You will work on the basis of a zero-hours contract, with flexible hours that can vary per week. One week you will work a bit more and the next week a bit less, depending on what the store needs at that moment. Of course, you will always receive your schedule in advance, so you know exactly when you are starting work. It is important that you are available both during the week and on weekends. Additionally, depending on the possibilities within the store, there is an opportunity to obtain fixed hours in the long term.
