The role

Do you want to turn your passion for education into impact? Become a School Advisor at Leeruniek!

About Leeruniek
At Leeruniek, we are determined to transform education and offer every child the best opportunities. We are looking for a School Advisor to join and strengthen our team.

What you'll do

What do we do?
Leeruniek is a young social enterprise that supports primary schools in providing tailored education for every child. Our powerful online dashboard provides insight into development, identifies risks of learning gaps, and predicts expected learning outcomes at individual, group, annual, and school levels. This allows educational teams to save precious time and respond quickly and accurately to the unique educational needs of every child.

Your role as School Advisor
As a School Advisor, you support schools that are already working with the dashboard. To do this, you provide various training sessions that you will continuously develop together with the team. For these training sessions, you visit schools throughout the Netherlands and have a lot of contact with teachers, internal supervisors, principals, and school boards.

Your daily mission? Helping schools by answering their questions and providing advice on how they can optimally utilize Leeruniek. This can range from practical support ("How does the Cito analysis work in Leeruniek?") to more educational matters ("How do we ensure that teachers only record relevant data?"). You also process valuable feedback from schools and think together with our technical team about the further development of our dashboard.

Why you fit at Leeruniek
You should come to work at Leeruniek if you have a deep passion for education and new technologies. If you get excited by a learning organization with a strong social focus, then this is your chance to turn your knowledge and passion into meaningful changes in the educational landscape!

Requirements

What is required?

  • HBO / WO thinking level

  • Experience with or in primary education

  • In possession of a driver's license
