Service Assistant in the Netherlands

The self-scan checkout, line checkout, liquor store, or at the flowers and plants. You are ready to help the customer everywhere. As a Service Assistant, you are the first face customers see as soon as they walk into our store in Surhuisterveen. And multitasking? You've got it in you. You help customers with a friendly smile. This service-oriented attitude comes in handy here.

You have a lot of contact with the customer. Such as when checking out all kinds of products for sale at the liquor store or flower shop. Or at the self-scan area when your help is requested. And also when you are in the store and the customer wants advice from you. You offer a helping hand in every situation. That makes your work very varied and also a little bit the same. Because of you, the customer is completely satisfied every single time. How wonderful is that? Additionally, you take care of:

• A tidy department
• Preparing various items for sale (receiving, checking, registering, and unpacking). You ensure that customers can buy the most beautiful flowers, or you assemble an appropriate gift package
• Training new colleagues
