• Monitor datacenter installations and escalate faults to maintenance partners.
• Install, remove, move, and connect ICT hardware and cabling.
• Maintain accurate data, manage assets, and ensure operational documentation.
• Manage, clean, and maintain operational standards within the datacenter space.
• Maintain access control and prepare operational or incident reports.
• Manage inventory, warehouse stock, and place orders using an ERP system.
