At Dura Vermeer Railinfra, you fall under the Rail Infrastructure (RIS) collective labor agreement.

As Project Manager 2 at Dura Vermeer Railinfra, you will manage complex rail projects with visible impact. You maintain oversight, make decisions, and ensure that projects are delivered safely, on time, and under control.
This will be your job

As Project Manager 2 Rail Infrastructure, you will work at Dura Vermeer Railinfra on large and technically complex rail projects throughout the Netherlands. You will manage one or more large-scale projects and are responsible for the deployment of people, planning, budget, quality, and safety. You maintain oversight and adjust where necessary. You hold ultimate responsibility for the financial performance of your projects and conduct tactical consultations with the client. You will work on projects such as track expansions, station developments, and complex underground rail infrastructure. In doing so, you will be given the space to organize your projects your way, within clear frameworks and with support from specialists within Dura Vermeer Railinfra.

You will be part of the project management department of Dura Vermeer Railinfra. From our sustainable office in Utrecht, you will work together with colleagues from process management, tender management, controlling, procurement, and engineering. You will be found frequently at project locations throughout the Netherlands. That is where the action happens. The projects you work on have a direct social impact. Because of your work, trains keep running. Safely and on time. Within Dura Vermeer Railinfra, you will receive trust, freedom, and responsibility. You are a project leader who takes ownership and provides direction. You drive for results and keep an eye on your team. Furthermore, you bring:

• A completed HBO or WO degree in engineering or business administration;

• At least 5 years of experience as a project manager in infrastructure or rail infrastructure;

• Experience with contract management, stakeholder management, and project control within UAV-GC;

• Strong financial insight and analytical ability, and you have experience in managing project teams;

• You can assess opportunities and risks and actively manage them;

• Familiarity with ProRail as a client;

• Experience with infrastructural tenders;
